Hi, I’m Hannah Simpkins — a longtime Georgetown resident with deep roots in Scott County, where I’ve lived for over 27 years. My husband and I have been married for over12 years, and we love spending time together on the golf course and cheering on our two kids in their local sports teams. I stay actively involved in our community by volunteering at their school, sponsoring youth sports, and serving through our local church.

As a Central Kentucky REALTOR®, I specialize in helping families upsize into homes that better fit their needs and guiding first-time buyers through the excitement of their very first purchase. With a background in insurance and a strong attention to detail, I’m committed to making each move as smooth and stress-free as possible. I’m also proud to be affiliated with Homes for Heroes, supporting those who serve our in meaningful ways.
